Double Barrel: 2 dashes angostura bitters 2 dashes orange bitters 1 oz sweet vermouth 1 oz dry vermouth 1 oz rye whiskey Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into coupe and garnish with lemon twist. Red hook .5 oz punt e mes .5 oz maraschino liqueur 2 oz rye Add all ingredients into mixing glass with ice and stir. Sometimes you want to change up that old old-fashioned order but you’re not sure what to change it to? Here are my favorite cocktails to order that aren’t an old-fashioned. Sazerac 2 dashes Absinthe 1 dash Angostura bitters 2 dash Peychaud’s bitters .25 oz demerara syrup 2 oz Rye Whiskey (or Cognac or a split base) Garnish: lemon twist (discarded) Add 2 dashes of absinthe to rocks glass and roll glass to coat inside of glass. Add remaining ingredients into mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into rocks glass and express a lemon peel over top. Toronto: 2 dashes Angostura bitters .25 oz demerara syrup .25 oz Fernet Branca 2 oz Canadian/ Rye whisky Garnish: orange peel Revolver 2 dashes Orange Bitters .5 oz Coffee Liqueur 2 oz Bourbon Garnish: orange twist Fancy Free: 1 dash orange bitters 1 dash Angostura bitters .5 oz maraschino liqueur 2 oz bourbon or rye Garnish: orange twist #hellqueencocktails #oldfashioned #cocktails
*ORIGINAL COCKTAIL* Sky Rockets in Flight Tajin rim .5 oz lemon juice .75 oz grapefruit juice .75 oz Chinola Passionfruit liqueur @chinola Barspoon rich honey syrup 2 dashes firewater tincture 2 oz reposado tequila Top with grapefruit soda Rim highball glass with tajin. Add all remaining ingredients except for soda into cocktail shaker with ice and short shake. Strain over fresh ice into rimmed glass. Top with 2 oz grapefruit soda.
